This looks wonderful. Will try it later this week, and I am sending this to my daughter in Bologna who writes our newsletter Pronto! Che Si Mangia.

    Molly-
This looks like the perfect dish to complement our Louisiana crabmeat that we bought yesterday. One question- are thai bird chiles easily found? Whole Foods maybe? If not, what would you recommend as a substitute? Thanks!

Thanks Katie. Thai bird chilis can be found at most Asian grocers. They are tiny little multi-colored chilis. Serranos are a fine subsitution and can be found at Whole Foods for sure.

Oh my…. another one to add to the list… boy, I have a feeling I am going to love this one… all my favorite elements! I really enjoy your blogs Molly! You are a great writer and your stories lend a nice build-up to the main course! 🙂 I can’t wait to try this one! Can you get this kind of pasta at Walmart?! LOL Unfortunately, I don’t have access to Trader Joes, Whole Foods or any type of upscale grocery stores out here in “the styx.” LOL Are there any online places to buy good grains and pastas that you reccommend… for those who are lacking a good supplier?! I am all ears!

Thanks Jessica! You can substitute linguine for the pappardelle and just add some extra lemon zest and crushed black pepper to the finished dish.
