    Great article Molly. To add to your points, adding flavor to the baby food is actually good for the baby as well. Baby’s can start taking introductory layers of spices even now. Padma and Tom also articulated these points on the show. I used to make sweet potato puree with lightly blackened chicken for Abrienna during her earlier months. She loved it. I really feel that this is the time to train our children’s palates so that they dont end up in this crazy American pattern of obesity. Thanks for for writing the blog.       Thanks, Kenny! That’s a great point. The baby food you made on Top Chef no doubt would turn any baby into a budding gourmand. Would you share the recipe? Trying it on Padma is one thing, but it might be worthwhile to have an actual baby be the judge!
